Seatle's Finest Catch Sun Rays at The End of a Beautiful Day

Elizabeth (a Food Critic from Seattle, Washington) her husband Larry and their adorable pug Leche joined us for Ribs and Pulled Pork Sandwich tonight in prepartion for their grand tour of the Grand Canyon tomorrow.  Look for Elizabeth's review of our Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs on our Trip Advisor location here.

Elizabeth & Larry, along with their beautiful pug Leche arrived just in time to enjoy our Smoked BBQ Ribs and Pulled BBQ Pork sandwich.  From Storlie, Seattle, they plan on 2 very important to-do's.
1.  See the Grand Canyon.
2.  Write a review on Trip Advisor about what they thought of their dinner.  We're looking forward to reading what Elizabeth, a former Seattle Food Critic has to say.  Her compliments to the chef were very appreciated.

Dinner Date for 2 at The Singing Pig BBQ

Ella Mae & Lee Henson, married 63 years come June 8 spent a romantic evening with us tonight listening to 40's music and enjoying their meal together.  Ella told Lee that she just didn't want to go home and cook tonight + they heard really good review from others in town so decided to give us a try.  "Very good," was their comment between bitefulls.

Alberta, Canada Loves our BBQ Chicken & Baby Backs

Jim & Cathy Browne spent dinner with us tonight after visiting the Grand Canyon today.  Cathy, who says she's a very picky eater commented on her BBQ/Smoked Baby Back Ribs, "Mmmm, I can't talk I'm eating."  Jim follows with, "Yes, it's good!"  Welcome to the U.S. and The Singing Pig BBQ Restaurant.  We hope you'll come back soon.




What meal would be complete without a Deep Fried Snickers Bar?  This is their first taste of our dessert delicacy.  Their verdict?  "First time won't be my last.  Wow!"

Mary Hansen Wins the Bid on Our Best Angus Burger

Recently Young Life, a local Christian organization for children, offered a silent auction and fund raiser dinner to Williams residents.  Those bidding on the silent auction helped support local Williams, AZ children to attend summer camp this year.  Mary says, "I saw the signs for the opening of the restaurant, The Singing Pig, and told my friends we had to go there.  When I saw the Angus Burger from the restaurant at the silent bid, I put in my bid and outbid two other people to win the free Angus Burger."

She brought her friends to the restaurant and ordered her Big, Sloppy, Yummy Angus Burger that was loaded with cranberry chutney, coleslaw, cheddar cheese, maple mustard, horseradish mayo and french fries on the side and enjoyed it immensely.  "The mixture of ingredients on top of the burger complimented each other to make it a fabulous burger! It truly is big, sloppy, yummy burger.  We will definitely be back!"

LOW and SLOW
