The correct answer is (b) March 1, 2011.  We opened during a very critical American recession and although many warned it couldn't be done during those economic times, we chose to ignore the fears and do it anyway.  We are now #2 on Trip Advisor and it's because of our wonderful customers that we are where we are today.  Thank you.  And thanks God.

9-11-11  Big ol' Summer monsoon hit The Singing Pig BBQ Restaurant today around 2:30 and boy was it loud!  We're thinking the cell was right over the top of the restaurant.  We're closing for the day and will see everyone Wednesday for the Best BBQ in The World!

Bus Tours Love The Singing Pig BBQ

We served such a delightful group of travelers this afternoon here in Williams, Arizona at The Singing Pig BBQ Restaurant.  Meeting their arrival was Tyler - The Singing Pig.  Our bus group enjoyed lots of great pulled pork sandwiches, fresh cut french fries, home-made coleslaw, fountain drinks and a yummy Snickers Candy Bar for lunch.  They were all so polite and happy and such a treat to serve.  We hope when your back this way again you'll stop in and enjoy another meal with us.  Blessings to you all and the wonderful Southern states where you live.  Kathi, Kevin, Tyler 1 and Tyler 2.
