Can You Help Solve a Problem?

We lost our standing on Trip Advisor and would be happy, happy, happy if you could  help us.  If you love The Singing Pig BBQ Restaurant, would you mind writing a review at http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g31407-d2046640-r121631777-The_Singing_Pig_BBQ_Restaurant-Williams_Arizona.html to help us regain our standing.  We don't know why when we move all of the reviews are wiped out, but they are.  Thanks so much and God Bless you and your family.

How Hot Are Our Hotwings?

Oh God it's hot!!!
Alright, we admit it; we've got the hottest wings this side of hell.  Just ask our diners here at The Singing Pig BBQ Restaurant in Williams, Arizona.  They love 'em!

Jimmy & his wife Claudia came all the way from Taiwan to try our Hotwings (no, really!) ;)  and man were they ever in for a shock.

Water, please more water!  They couldn't finish the wing, it was that hot.  So how hot was it???
800,000 Scoville Units of heat - Now that's hot.  So hot, it'll bring tears to a grown man's eyes, not to mention his wife's.  You may be asking, "What's a Scoville unit?  Well, here's the information all about Scoville units. Click

So, we dare ya - can you eat the whole wing without flinching?  Come on in and give it a try.  Remember now, no flinching and no whining.

Restaurants - Arizona

The beautiful state of Arizona offers some of the best restaurants anywhere for your dining enjoyment - especially when it comes to BBQ Restaurants.  Here are a few tips in finding the Best BBQ Restaurants in Arizona:
  1. Ask how the meat is cooked.  What you're looking for is Smoked-BBQ from scratch, not Barbecue that is boiled, opened from a bag and cooked in an oven, or worse yet - cooked in a pressure cooker.
  2. Some restaurants will do the above and then put their meat on an outdoor BBQ for a few minutes to give the illusion that it's been cooked there the whole time.  Ask if it has.
  3. Look for quality cut ribs. With pork ribs you want Baby Back Ribs.  Yes they're more expensive, but you can't beat the taste.  You get what you pay for.  St. Louis Ribs are a less expensive cut of ribs and Back Ribs are not the same as Baby Back Ribs.
  4. Whether you prefer beef ribs or pork ribs is a matter of personal taste.  One is not better than another, it's just a matter of personal preference.
  5. Don't let the ambiance of a restaurant be your final decision maker as to whether you'll eat there or not.  Just because it looks like a million bucks doesn't necessarily mean their food tastes like a million bucks.  Some of the tiniest rib joints in America put out the best barbecue in the world.
  6. Look for small out-of-the-way BBQ places with great reputations.  Just ask around.  The locals know where the quality is.
  7. Check online for non-biased reviews of BBQ Restaurants.  Others before you will tell you what to expect from the restaurant you're considering.  Click here for reviews.
One of the best things about American BBQ is that it's supposed to be sloppy & yummy.  Who cares about whether it is served on fine china or a red basket, as long as it tastes good.  Just be sure to ask for lots of napkins and enjoy yourself with friends and family.  If you want REAL American food, then Barbecue is an old American tradition and one of the most authentic dishes you can find.

Happy eating and let's get sloppy at The Singing Pig BBQ Restaurant!  Best BBQ in Williams, Arizona.
